2. Our Products
We take care to represent our products as accurately as possible through photographs, descriptions and measurements.
Artificial trees, plants and floral arrangements may have slight variations in appearance, shape or positioning of foliage. Some products may require gentle adjustment or styling after unpacking to achieve their intended appearance.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
Product dimensions are provided to help you choose the right item for your space. Where measurements are approximate, this will be indicated.
These provisions do not affect your right to receive goods that match their description and meet the standards required by law.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of the payment methods offered on our website.
We reserve the right to change product prices, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you promptly and provide a full refund for any unavailable items.
If we discover a genuine pricing or product information error before accepting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer you the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
5. Delivery
For smaller items, we deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales will be provided before you complete your order.
Some larger items, remote locations and offshore destinations may require specialist delivery arrangements or additional charges. Any applicable charges should be confirmed before you place your order.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timescales provided. If a specific delivery date has not been agreed, we will deliver within 30 days unless you agree otherwise.
If delivery is delayed, we will keep you informed and respect your rights under consumer law.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate.
For larger items, please consider access restrictions, including narrow doorways, staircases and limited parking.
Responsibility for the goods normally passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated other than the courier, takes physical possession of them.
6. Returns & Cancellations
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right.
If you purchase as a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return delivery, provided this has been explained before purchase.
For oversized items that cannot normally be returned by post, an estimated return cost will be provided before purchase.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods remain unaffected.
7. Damaged or Faulty Products
We take care when preparing and packaging orders.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the problem in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Product Care & Use
We recommend following any care, assembly or positioning instructions supplied with your product.
Artificial plants and trees should be positioned securely and appropriately for their size and weight.
Unless specifically described as suitable for outdoor use, products are intended for indoor use only and should be kept away from direct sunlight..
Please keep products away from naked flames and excessive heat.
9. Our Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
10. Website Content
All photographs, text, designs and other original content on our website belong to Friend of Faux or are used with permission.
You may not reproduce or use our content commercially without prior written permission.

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain any rights they have to bring proceedings in their local courts.
